The short version (a summary, not a substitute)
- We collect what we need to run the Service: your email, the deal and property details you enter, and basic payment and usage data.
- We use trusted processors: Stripe (payments), Postmark (email), Cal.com (scheduling), and our hosting/storage provider. We don't sell your personal information or run advertising trackers.
- We use cookies only for essential sign-in and security, not for ad targeting.
- You can ask us to access or delete your data at service@ownerfinanceforms.com.

1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Tagr, Inc. (Tagr, Inc. DBA OwnerFinanceForms) (“OwnerFinanceForms,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information in connection with our website and services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.
2. Information we collect
- Account information. Your email address (used for passwordless magic-link sign-in) and, optionally, your name.
- Deal and property information. The details you enter to generate documents, such as seller and buyer names, property address, county, occupancy, sale price, down payment, interest rate, and TREC elections. This can include information about other people (for example, a buyer); you represent that you may share it with us.
- Payment information. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We receive limited details (such as amount, status, and a customer/session identifier). We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Scheduling information. If you book a call, Cal.com processes your booking details.
- Usage and device data. Standard log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used for security, debugging, and operating the Service.
3. How we use information
- To provide the Service: authenticate you, generate documents, run the calculator, and deliver purchases.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To send transactional email (sign-in links, receipts, and service notices) from service@ownerfinanceforms.com.
- To secure, maintain, debug, and improve the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We rely on our legitimate interests in operating the Service, on performance of our contract with you, on your consent where required, and on compliance with legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to run the Service, and never for others' advertising. Categories of recipients:
- Service providers (processors) acting on our behalf, including Stripe (payments), Postmark (email delivery), Cal.com (scheduling), and our hosting and document-storage provider.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in sessions and security (for example, to keep you logged in). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling essential cookies may break sign-in.
6. Data retention
We keep your account, deal, and document data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations or to resolve disputes. Generated documents and payment records may be retained for these purposes. You can request deletion as described below.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Because we use passwordless sign-in, protecting access to your email is an important part of keeping your account secure.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email service@ownerfinanceforms.com. We will verify your request (typically by confirming control of your account email) and respond as required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International users
We operate in the United States, and our providers may process data in the U.S. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed here.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the version and effective date above and, for signed-in users, prompt you to re-accept our legal terms before you continue.
